A double-decker bus crashed into a beauty salon in Norwich City centre this afternoon after moving out of the way of an ambulance.

It happened at around 3pm after the First bus tried to move out of the way of an ambulance flashing their emergency lights on Red Lion Street.

As it pulled up onto the kerb it struck the top of the Head & Soul salon on Orford Hill causing tiles to fall off the building.

No one was injured in the incident.
