Like his cartoon Ducktales counterparts Huey & Duey, five-year-old Jack Russell terrier, Luey, is full of character and always animated. Little Luey is a lovely fella on the lookout for a new place to call home.

Kate Brewster, Dogs Trust Snetterton supporter relations officer, said: 'Originally rehomed in 2007, Luey has recently been returned to us through no fault of his own. Such a friendly boy, Luey is finding kennel life hard, and is keeping his paws tightly crossed that he will be back in the comfort of a loving home soon.

'Luey is a lovely little lad who would enjoy the hustle bustle of family life, and would be very happy living with children of six and over. Typical of his breed type, Luey enjoys being active, loves to be out walking, and really enjoys playing ball. Luey would benefit from further training to help him settle in but already has very good basic manners, is house trained, and is great at travelling in a car.

'A really sweet natured boy, Luey loves company and fuss, and once settled will make a wonderful companion.'
