Two pedestrians were killed in a road accident in the Fens today.
They are believed to have been walking a dog when they were in collision with a car at Murrow, near Wisbech.
Cambridgeshire police said another pedestrian suffered serious injuries in the crash, which happened at Murrow Bank, at 4pm.
A spokeswoman said no further details would be released until next of kin had been informed.
Roads around the village were closed last night as police tried to piece together the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A man arrested at the scene was helping with inquiries.
