Fifteen history and heritage groups, including the Docking Heritage Group, are joining forces for the fair which will be held over Sunday, May 5 and Monday, May 6 at the Ripper Hall in Docking.

The event will include records and artefacts from local airfields, including Bircham and Sculthorpe, and also explores many other aspects of town and village life in years gone by.

Docking Heritage Group secretary Helena Aldis said: “The fair will give all of us the chance to share information. It helps us make lots of connections and is also a forum for exchanging ideas such as sources of funding.”

Visitors are welcome to bring their own family documents, photographs and memories to add to the archives.
