The search is on for older people who go the extra mile to help others in their community.
The Great Yarmouth Older People's Network and Age Concern Great Yarmouth want to recognise the unsung efforts of inspiring people over the age of 50.
Once the nominations have been received winners will be selected and honoured at a celebration event in October.
To be considered nominees need to be over 50, live in the borough, have inspired you or someone else now or in the past.
According to the criteria they could be an outstanding volunteer or someone that makes the teas or puts the chairs away.
To nominate someone you think deserves a pat on the back send details of their age, their contact details, how you know them and your contact details to Jackie Tierney, Age Concern Great Yarmouth, 8-9 Regent Street, or email Jackie.tierney@acgy.org.uk by August 25.
