Work will start on Monday to carry out manhole cover replacement works ahead of carriageway resurfacing operations on the roundabout at Stanley Road and Upper Denmark Street, Diss.

Traffic signals will be in place between 7pm and 11pm Monday to Friday and the project will take one week to complete.

The resurfacing will be carried out on Sunday, July 10 and the road will be closed to all traffic. A fully signed diversion via A1066, A140, A143, A1088 and A1066 will be in place during the closure.

The Norfolk County Council scheme will cost 61,000.
