A new mural by the Bristol-born graffiti artist Banksy appeared in Dover on Sunday, but one Twitter user has flagged up similarities with artwork by a Helhoughton man following the EU Referendum in 2016.
Banksy's latest work, located on the Castle Amusements building near the ferry terminal, shows a workman chipping away at one of the stars on the EU flag.

The flag showed one of the 12 yellow stars on the EU flag, which represent the unity, solidarity and harmony among EU citizens, as a teardrop.
Si Barber tweeted: 'Sorry #banksy someone beat you to it by over a year', with a photograph of Mr Goillon's art.
