A Norfolk mum and businesswoman will tomorrow talk about the benefits of Au Pairs at London's Ideal Home Show.

Vicky Riches, who runs Prestige Au Pairs based in Dereham, has been selected to represent the British Au Pairs Agencies Association (BAPAA) during a discussion at the consumer show.

The mother-of-one, who set up the business in 2007 after being made redundant from Aviva, then Norwich Union, will take part in a Loose Women-style panel.

People representing nannies, nurseries and the website Mumsnet, will also take part in the discussions about the best forms of child care.

Mrs Riches, who has a 10-year-old daughter called Holly, said: 'It's really quite a big deal. There's going to be four half-hour sessions today and Monday. It could be quite a large audience. For me personally, being selected to take part is a great honour.'

Prestige Au Pairs, which is a BAPAA accredited agency, arranges work in about 200 UK homes for people from across Europe, as well as arranging placements for British Au Pairs abroad.

The 103rd Ideal Home Show began on March 11 and runs until March 27. It is taking place at Earl's Court in London and will bring together more than 600 exhibitors.
