There are delays on Hall Road in Norwich following an accident involving a cyclist and a car.
Police were called to the scene between the Trafalgar Street and Southwell Road junctions shortly after 3pm today.
A spokesman said no one involved appeared to have any serious injuries and that the road was temporarily blocked.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
