Drivers faced delays after a fallen tree blocked part of a busy road.

Police were called to the A17 at Terrington St Clement, near King’s Lynn at 7.40am.

A spokesman said the Lynn-bound carriageway was partially-blocked by the tree.

The obstruction was cleared and the road re-opened just before 9am.
