Darren Wright had been cutting hair in Attleborough since August 2004, having previously worked at major stage events such as The Clothes Show and Salon International.

In a video on his website, he spoke of a desire to bring a 'fresh, city approach to the hairdressing industry in Attleborough' when he arrived 14 years ago and his aim to provide a 'good, honest service'.

His death came after police were called to his Salonfx premises in Edenside Drive, Attleborough at around 9pm on Tuesday, April 17 following concerns that had been raised for someone's safety.

A Norfolk police spokesman said: 'A male was declared deceased at the scene. There are no suspicious circumstances.'
