Tickets are on sale for a new local dance group's first major show, which will raise funds in memory of the organiser's brother.

Dynamic Dance, a group of dancers of all ages, took time out from rehearsals for the show to perform at Spixworth Village Hall's fete on Saturday.

Their show, entitled 'The Launch', will be held at Open, in Bank Plain, Norwich, on Saturday, June 23.

The owner and choreographer of Dynamic Dance, Carly Fryman, is the sister of Ryan Sweatman, who passed away in January of this year after contracting meningitis aged just 19.

Ryan, from Coltishall and a former Broadland High School pupil, died in his sleep from meningococcal septicaemia after a short period of illness over the Christmas period.

So all the ticket proceeds from the show will be going towards the Meningitis Research Foundation in memory of Ryan.

The shows are at 3pm and 7pm, with tickets costing 7 for adults and 5 for children aged 12 and under.

To order tickets, call Carly on 07828 456106 or email her at dynamicdancenorwich@hotmail.co.uk

Over 11,000 has already been raised in Ryan's memory, go to www.justgiving.com/rememberryan to support the cause.
