A man was taken to hospital after falling off his bicycle in Sprowston on Tuesday afternoon.
The East of England Ambulance Service were called to North Walsham Road at 1.30pm to a report of man unconscious after crashing into a wall.
A community first responder, rapid response vehicle and ambulance crew attended. They treated a man in his 20s who had neck pain and a wrist injury.
He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or serious.
