Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash between a car and a cyclist on the Puppet Theatre roundabout earlier this morning.
The East of England Amublance service was called at 8.50am and treated the cyclist - a man in his 50s - for head injuries.
The man was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment and his injuries are not believed to be serious.
Norfolk Police have confirmed that the road is now clear.
