Woman in her 40s left with bruising on her face after an assault on Ferry Lane in Kings Lynn

Police are appealing for information after a woman in her 40s was assaulted.

The victim had just got off the ferry from West Lynn to Kings Lynn town centre with her child when she was attacked by two females.

She suffered bruising to her face.

It happened in Ferry Lane at around 12.20pm on September 26.

It is believed the females were with a group of up to six people and had also been on the ferry before the assault.
