A woman was grabbed by a man while she was walking through Watton.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the assault on Wednesday, June 27.

It happened around 9.45pm when the victim, a woman aged in her 20s, was grabbed on her arm by a man in Norwich Road near the Lovell Gardens and traffic lights.

The suspect has then got into a dark coloured estate car, which then sped off towards the High Street.

The man is described as being white, of a slim build, aged in his early to mid-20s, having light coloured hair and was wearing a light coloured t-shirt.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or anyone with information, should contact PC Andy Black from Dereham Police Station on 101.
