A woman was arrested for drink driving after she sped past police on the wrong side of the road with no lights on.

The incident happened in King’s Lynn last night. One officer tweeted: “Driving on the wrong side of the road at speed with no lights on will attract our attention.

When breathalised the woman, who has not been named, gave a reading of 74. The legal limit is 35.

The officer added: “Hope she likes walking to work.”
