A woman has admitted damaging two glass windows belonging to a Norwich sixth form centre.

Christina Williamson, 46, smashed windows at Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form School in Bethel Street, Norwich on July 17.

Denise Holland, prosecuting, at Norwich Magistrates Court on Wednesday (July 18) said: 'Just after 3am she was standing outside Bethel Street Police Station and tells officers she smashed two windows.'

On Wednesday Williamson, who gave a care of address as Webdell Court, Norwich, admitted criminal damage.

Alistair Taunton, for Williamson, said it was exactly as she told the officers. He said Williamson was being recalled to prison for 14 days for breaching a community order.

Williamson was sentenced to one day's detention for the criminal damage offence.
