The impact of Brexit on young people will be debated on Friday at a forum organised by Norwich Youth Advisory Board and featuring local MPs Chloe Smith and Clive Lewis.

Discussions will include; how Brexit affects young people, what young people's hopes are around Brexit and what they think should be prioritised in a Brexit deal. There will also be an opportunity for Q&A with Clive Lewis and Chloe Smith around Brexit and wider issues affecting young people.

Jess Barnard of youth charity MAP, who is co-ordinating the event with the Norwich YAB, said: 'Voting patterns show that a high percentage of young people voted to Remain so, given that they did not get the result they hoped for, it is more important than ever that they have a say in what a post-Brexit future looks like.'

The event takes place on Friday 17th November 6pm – 8pm at the Garage, Chapelfield Road. It is free and open to all 11 to 25 year olds.
