Police have seized a terrifying haul of weapons during a drugs raid in King’s Lynn.

It included a handgun, ammunition and shoulder holster, along with two baseball bats, knives, swords and a wooden billy club.

Three people were arrested after officers executed a warrant at an undisclosed address in the town today. They are now at king’s Lynn police investigation centre.

Officers searching the property also found a quantity of suspected Class A drugs, two sets of digital scales and a fake baked bean can.

The operation is the second in West Norfolk in the space of a few hours.

Earlier two people were arrested after officers raided an address in Downham Market, where they seized herbal cannabis and a cannabis plant.
