A man is in custody and two people taken to hospital with knife wounds after an incident at a house in Hemsby last night.

Officers were called at 7.20pm to reports of an altercation at an address in The Marrams in which two people, a man and a woman, had sustained knife injuries.

Both the man and the woman have been taken to the James Paget Hospital for treatment.

A third person, a man in his 20s, has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and will be questioned by police later.

It is believed those involved are known to each other.

The address is currently sealed off whilst officers continue their investigations.
