Two men appeared in court today charged with the murder of a man who was found dead eight years ago.
Lester Aisthorpe, 58, of Basil Drive, Downham Market and Steven Louro, 42, of South Lynn Plain, King's Lynn, have both been charged with the murder of Jan Hogan in May 2010. Both also face a charge of perverting the course of justice.
They made their first appearance in court this morning at Norwich Magistrates' Court where they were brought from police custody, with Aisthorpe dressed casually in a zipped, black fleece top and Louro in a striped, black and white jumper.
During the short hearing which lasted less than five minutes, both men only spoke to confirm their name, age, address and nationality, before their charges were read out in court.
They have been remanded in custody and due to appear in Norwich Crown Court on Monday, November 5.
