Three people have been arrested following a robbery at a Suffolk convenience on March 20 which saw staff threatened with a metal pole.

Police were called to the Spar store in Church Road, Barningham, just before 10pm, after a man entered the premises and threatened staff with a metal pole.

Officers arrested one suspect on suspicion of robbery, and two other associates have also been arrested for conspiracy to commit robbery.

No staff were injured during the incident and police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident at this time.

Anyone with information should ring police on 101, quoting incident 372 of March 20.
