A third person has been arrested by detectives investigating the shooting of a 19-year-old man in Norwich.

A second 17-year-old boy was arrested at a property in Norwich this afternoon and taken into custody at Wymondham Police Investigation Centre, where he will be questioned.

In the early hours of Wednesday morning police were called to Adelaide Street where a 19-year-old man from London was found with a gunshot wound to his back.

He remains in a stable condition in the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

Yesterday police arrested a 17-year-old boy and 26-year-old man in connection with the case.

Both have since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
