Norfolk man admits nine sexual grooming charges

A 35-year-old man has admitted a string of sexual grooming offences when he appeared at Norwich Crown Court.

Adam Greenacre of Fieldfare Way, Swaffham, pleaded guilty to nine counts of attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity.

The offences occurred on various dates between November 2017 and January this year.

Judge Anthony Bate remanded Greenacre in custody and ordered pre-sentence reports.

Judge Bate adjourned sentencing of Greenacre until March 23.

Ben Brighouse appeared for the prosecution and Danielle O’Donovan appeared for Greenacre at the hearing.

Greenacre was arrested following an incident in the Swaffham area on January 7 and was then taken to King’s Lynn police investigation centre for questioning.
