Savoury snacks and fizzy drinks were stolen in a burglary at Fakenham Town football club.
Police are investigating after suspects smashed a window to gain entry to the building, in Clipbush Park, on Friday, November 17.
Multiple food and drink products were taken from the clubhouse, including nine bags of Lichfields peanuts, five bags of Smiths scampi fries, five bags of Smiths bacon fries, six cans of Pepsi, three cans of Tango Cherry and two cans of Tango Orange.
A spokesperson for Norfolk police confirmed they were alerted to the break-in at 6.30pm but say the theft took place at some time after 12.30pm, earlier that day.
In a tweet, club chairman Simon Barnes stated: “We are all giving [up] our time for nothing so kids and adults have somewhere to enjoy themselves. [It] makes you wonder why we bother.”
Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to call 101.
