Ram raiders target convenience store in Bury St Edmunds

Cash and cigarettes have been stolen after a convenience store was ram raided in Bury St Edmunds early this morning.

The One Stop shop in Cadogan Road was targeted just after 1am today, Wednesday June 26.

An area around the shop has been cordoned off while police carry out their enquiries and investigations continue.

Police are very keen to speak to anyone who was in the area in the early hours of this morning, who may have witnessed this incident.

Calls should be made to Bury St Edmunds CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
