A 12-inch hunting knife has been seized by a police from a house in north Norwich.

Norwich Police tweeted just before 9.30pm on Wednesday night to say the 12-inch knife had been taken from a house in the Palmer Road area of the city.

They said the weapon was “secured above a doorway within easy reach”.

Police took the knife for destruction.
