A driver who was on drugs when arrested at a crash told police 'you only need tread when it rains'.
Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing and Firearms Unit arrested the driver at the scene of a single vehicle crash in Coltishall today.
The driver tested positive for cannabis and cocaine and also had a defective tyre.
A post on Twitter at 2.20pm by Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing described the incident.
