Woman in her 20s robbed in Norwich

Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a woman was robbed in Norwich.

It happened on Wednesday, February 21, at about 2pm when a woman in her mid-20s, was walking along Marriotts Way from Dolphin Bridge when she was approached by two men.

The men verbally threatened the woman and demanded her handbag. Cash, glasses and a small amount of cash was taken from inside and the woman was not injured.

The suspects are described as:

• Suspect one is described as white, 5ft 6, of medium build, wearing a dark coloured jumper, light blue jeans, dark coloured baseball cap with ‘Fila’ in white. He had a blue bicycle with him.

• Suspect two is described as white, 5ft 7, of stocky build, wearing a scruffy white jumper, black Adidas jogging bottoms and white trainers.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information concerning the suspects.
