Ozzie Welsh, of Short Lane in Feltwell, was charged with offences under the Explosives Substances Act 1883 after suspicious devices were found at the rural west Norfolk surgery in January.
The 39-year-old appeared at King's Lynn Magistrates Court earlier today where he was remanded in custody.
He has been charged with one count of causing an explosion likely to endanger life or property, contrary to section 2 of the Act and one count of possession of explosives in suspicious circumstances, contrary to section 4(1) of the Act following the discovery of suspicious devices on Thursday 28 January at the premises in Chapel Road.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday 30 August.
