Crowbar, hammer and two screwdrivers recovered and four arrested in vehicle stop

Four men including a teenager have been arrested after Norwich Police recovered a crowbar, hammer and two screwdrivers when they stopped and searched a vehicle on Friday morning.

The men, aged 16, 26, 29 and 31, were arrested for going equipped following a vehicle stop at 1am, police have said.

The men were stopped and arrested on Beaconsfield Road, just off Sprowston Road in Norwich.

A spokesperson from Norwich Police said: “The men are awaiting interview at custody at the moment.”

Norwich Police have tweeted their thanks to the officers involved.
