A woman who was the victim of a fail-to-stop collision died of multiple injuries, a coroner has found.

At an inquest in Norwich today into the death of Donna Miles, 36, senior coroner Jacqueline Lake reached a short narrative conclusion that she died of injuries following a road traffic collision.

Ms Miles, of St James Court, King's Lynn, died on October 21 last year at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, two days after the collision on the A47 in the town.

It happened on the eastbound carriageway between the Pullover and Saddlebow roundabouts.

Ms Miles was a passenger in a blue Vauxhall Zafira. A dark-coloured Ford Fiesta was also involved, but failed to stop after the crash.

Ms Miles, the driver of the Zafira and another passenger were taken to the Queen Elizabeth for treatment.

Ms Miles' medical cause of death was given as 1A multiple injuries and 1B road traffic collision.
