Police have interviewed a man in connection with two assaults in Eaton Park in Norwich.

A woman, aged in her 20s, was jogging near the boating lake in Eaton Park at around 10.45am on Monday, May 9 when she was approached by a man who touched her inappropriately.

The woman told the man to stop and he made off.

The same woman was jogging near to the boating lake in Eaton Park on Wednesday, May 11 between 10.15am and 11am when she was approached by the same man who touched her inappropriately again.

The woman pushed the man away and he made off.

A man in his 40s and from the Norwich area voluntarily attended Earlham Police Station yesterday and was interviewed by officers.

He has since been released on police bail until Monday, July 4 pending further enquiries.

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed these incidents to contact them
