Police arrest man at Norwich Holiday Inn

Police were called to Holiday Inn Norwich on Carrow Road on Saturday night amid concerns for a woman’s safety.

When they arrived they found a man with a small amount of Class A drugs on him.

He was arrested and given a caution.

A Norfolk police spokesman confirmed they were called to Holiday Inn Norwich City at 8pm on March 17 following “concerns for safety”.

Officers arrested a man in his 40s for drug possession. No other offences had been committed.
