A driver was caught speeding on the A11 with a child in the front seat.

Police were going to stop the car after it was clocked doing 99mph on the A11 at Attleborough but after following them officers found the vehicle reached speeds of 110mph.

After stopping the vehicle police found there was a five-year-old child in the front seat.

Norfolk Specials tweeted: “#A11 Attleborough - Driver was going to get reported at 99mph, however after following them they reached 110mph with their 5 year old child in the front seat of their car. #Fatal4 7007/1429. #RCRT”.
