Drink driver arrested in King’s Lynn

The hazardous driving conditions did not seem to deter one west Norfolk motorist who was caught drink driving.

King’s Lynn police arrested a driver for being intoxicated behind the wheel at just before 3am this morning (Saturday).

They were arrested on the Tuesday Market Place, King’s Lynn, after being observed by local CCTV.

In custody the man blew 63 and 65 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit of 35.

The man spent the night in custody.
