One of the men is described as white, about 40, slim and about six foot. He had short, dark hair, a thin face, was clean-shaven and spoke with a local accent. He wore a long, dark overcoat and dark trousers.

The second man was white with a tanned complexion, about 40 with short, dark hair. Det Con John Harlock, investigating, said: 'These offenders may well have tried to target other homes in the area using a similar technique and I would urge any other victims to call police.'
