The family of a man who was stabbed to death at Rose Lane car park at the weekend have spoken of their devastation.

David Hastings, aged 48 and of Long Row in Norwich, was killed at Rose Lane car park in the early hours of Saturday morning, and has been described by his family as a 'beloved son, brother, dad and grandad'.

David's parents and children said: 'David was a beloved son, brother, dad and grandad. He was always smiling and joking and will be missed by so many friends.
