A 16-year-old boy from Norwich, arrested in connection with the investigation into alleged data theft from phone and broadband provider TalkTalk, has been bailed.
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Cyber Crime Unit (MPCCU) together with officers from the National Crime Agency (NCA) swooped on an address in the Norwich area last night and executed a search warrant.
The teenager was arrested at the address on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act offences and was taken into custody.
He has now been bailed until late March 2016.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said the 16 year old was taken to a police station in the Norwich area.
Police have also arrested and bailed a 16-year-old from London, a 15-year-old boy in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, and a man, 20, from Staffordshire.
The TalkTalk website was hit by a 'significant' hacking attack last week.
