A man snatched a carrier bag from a pram in Thetford.
Police are appealing for information after the man ran up from behind the victim, who was pushing the pram along the Water Meadows area, at around 5.15pm on Thursday, October 11.
Nothing of value was in the bag and the victim found it discarded further up the road with nothing missing.
The offender was wearing black trousers and a red Parka style jacket at the time of the incident.
