The B1149 at Saxthorpe near Holt was closed following a serious traffic collision on Sunday afternoon.
The air ambulance was sent to the scene, and police said one person was taken to hospital with a suspected broken leg.
Police advised drivers to find an alternative route, but, in a tweet shortly after 6pm, said the road had re-opened.
