Grapes Hill in Norwich was closed in both directions in the early hours of this morning.
Norwich police tweeted about the accident at 3.14am.
They said the crash involved a drink driver.
One crew of firefighters from Carrow were initially called to the scene, but were stood down before they arrived.
It is not known if anyone was injured in the crash.
