The A47 has been blocked in Wisbech after a crash involving a cement mixer.
The crash happened at just after 11am and is believed to have involved at least two cars, as well as the cement mixer.
It happened between the B198 Cromwell Road and the A1101 Elm High Road.
The crash has led to congestion on the A1101 and B198.
There are reports that the air ambulance has gone to the scene.
