Crash causes delays on A47 near Dereham

Emergency services have attended a crash on the A47 near Dereham this afternoon.

Norfolk Fire Service provided scene safety at the site of the crash near the Etling Green turning on the Norwich-bound carriageway.

The crash happened just before 4pm and involved a Fiat 500 and an Asda home delivery lorry.

The female Fiat driver was trapped and treated for a suspected back injury and the passenger of the van suffered a leg injury.

The accident caused traffic to back up in both directions along the A47.
