Crash blocks Unthank Road in Norwich this morning

Unthank Road was blocked in both directions after two cars crashed near the Eaton Cottage pub this morning.

Closed for two hours, traffic was diverted after a silver BMW and red Renault Megane crashed at around 9.05am.

One of the drivers was complaining of neck pains following the crash on the junction of Mount Pleasant and four people were treated by the ambulance but did not need to be taken to hospital.

Officers were redirecting traffic and bus services in the area were suspended until the road was reopened at 11.30am.
