Two elderly people were treated on scene for shock after a crash between a small truck and an Audi car.
It happened at about 2pm today on the A47 Hardwick roundabout in King's Lynn.
An East of England ambulance spokesman said the driver of the car, a man in his 80s, also suffered hip pain.
Two fire crews from King's Lynn attended, and part of the road has been closed.
