Ricardas Puisys was last seen at work Nightlayer Leek Company, which is based at Iretons Way, Chatteris, on September 28.
Colleagues and friends have not seen the 35-year-old since and are growing increasingly concerned about his welfare.
Sergeant Chris Acourt said: 'If you have spoken to Ricardas since this date or know of his whereabouts, please contact us immediately.
'I would like to appeal directly to Ricardas to get in touch with us and let us know he is okay.'
Anyone with information is asked to contact Wisbech police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111 or via their online reporting system www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
