The B1145 at Aylsham is currently blocked in both directions after a single vehicle collision close to the junction with Howard Way.
Norfolk Police are currently on scene, and the occupant of the vehicle had become trapped.
Crews from Aylsham and Sprowston released the driver using small gear. They also gave casualty care and assisted the police and ambulance.
A police spokesman said they had been called around 7.15am by a member of the public. It does not appear the driver has sustained any injuries in the collision.
