A coffee morning will be held at Roydon Village Hall, near Diss, on Saturday for the Association for International Cancer Research and Isabel Hospice.
Sisters Vivienne Canharn and Janette Roberts will be running the London Marathon next month for the two charities.
The event will start 10am and will include a raffle and cake stall.
